*** For certain appointments only*** If you are a new patient, you can now book directly with one of our available Doctors in the online booking portal, without needing to send a request first. You will need to fill in a New Patient Form before or on arrival. If the Doctor or appointment you are seeking is not available to see you directly from the portal, you will need to submit the request below and we will get back to you in due time.
We triage the New Patient requests based on their medical complexity and the Doctors availability to manage them. Some of our Doctors are not taking any New Patients at this stage.
Please fill in the form below as accurately as possible, and once received we will review your request and allocate to one of the available Doctors. Depending on availability you may be able to see a Doctor on the same/next day.
We are currently not accepting any new Workcover/TAC patients at this time.
