Mole Map and Skin Checks.

Service	Fee
Full Body Skin Check with total body mole mapping/photography A series of 20 region photographs of the entire body are taken using our State of art ATBM master to create a record of your skin surface. This is followed by examination by an accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with dermoscopic (high magnification) photography and digital analysis of any spots of concern. The best method for detecting current Skin Cancers and identifying potential skin cancers by monitoring changes over time.	Approx. $320
Full Body Skin Check Head to toe examination by an accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with dermoscopic photography and digital analysis of any spots of concern, with limited body mapping photography (1 or 2 regions). Recommended for many patients as it includes examination of hard to check areas like scalp, toe nails and back. Your Doctor will recommend a repeat frequency depending on your risk factors.	Approx. $200
Brief Spot Check An accredited skin cancer doctor examines 1-10 spots of concern. This service includes limited dermoscopic photography and digital analysis of the spots of concern. Recommended if you regularly have full body checks and have identified more than one new, changing or unusual spots.	Approx. 135

Other Services and Fees.

Biopsy/Excision/ Flap & Graft Surgeries. Note: In some cases there may be an extra fee for administration or consumables.	The fee varies widely according to: Location on the body The type of spot being removed The size of the spot The type of procedure(flap or simple) We are happy to provide an estimate for a procedure once the spot has been examined by your Doctor.
Please note that a fee will apply for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice Note: If you book an appointment for Total Body Mole Mapping and decide at the time you attend that you no longer wish to have this service, this will be considered a late cancellation and you will be billed half the fee for Mole Mapping.	Dependant on the length of the appointment missed. Approx $40-$160

Discounts

Discounts are offered at the discretion of the treating Doctor and may not apply under certain circumstances.

DVA card holders are bulk billed for all services covered by Medicare (Except for Skin Checks, Mole Maps and Procedures).

Standard GP consults:

We are a mixed billing Practice and all accounts are strictly to be settled at time of consult.

Health Assessments (items 703-707)/Care Plans (items 721,723,732) are Bulk Billed.

Telephone consults for private patients will require prepayment. DVA, concession/pension card holders and children under 16 years; please call the clinic to book a phone consult to bypass the fee that window when booking online.

Bulk Billing is only available to valid DVA, Concession/Pension Card Holders and Children under 16 years.
