‘Out of pocket cost’ means the cost to you after the Medicare rebate has been applied. The total cost that you pay upfront may vary due to the length of consultation. Please note that the Medicare rebate, in most cases, is processed on the spot with funds being available to you immediately. In certain situations, and especially for procedures it may take 2 to 3 days for the funds to be cleared by Medicare and in to your account. If you do not hold a valid Medicare Card, the full fee is payable. Please enquire with your insurance provider regarding Private Health rebates.
Please note all Cosmetic Services are private and do not attract a Medicare rebate.
Mole Map, Skin Checks and Aesthetics.

| Full Body Skin Check with total body mole mapping/photography
A series of 20 region photographs of the entire body are taken using our State of art ATBM master to create a record of your skin surface. This is followed by examination by an accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with dermoscopic (high magnification) photography and digital analysis of any spots of concern. The best method for detecting current Skin Cancers and identifying potential skin cancers by monitoring changes over time. |

| Full Body Skin Check
Head to toe examination by an accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with dermoscopic photography and digital analysis of any spots of concern, with limited body mapping photography (1 or 2 regions). Recommended for many patients as it includes examination of hard to check areas like scalp, toe nails and back. Your Doctor will recommend a repeat frequency depending on your risk factors. |

| Brief Spot Check
An accredited skin cancer doctor examines 1-10 spots of concern. This service includes limited dermoscopic photography and digital analysis of the spots of concern. Recommended if you regularly have full body checks and have identified more than one new, changing or unusual spots. |

| Non-Attendance or late cancellation fee
Note: If you book an appointment for Total Body Mole Mapping and decide at the time you attend that you no longer wish to have this service, this will be considered a late cancellation and you will be billed half the fee for Mole Mapping. |

DVA card holders are bulk billed for all services covered by Medicare (Except for Skin Checks, Mole Maps and Procedures).
